Important Information: Skyward Access During Student Information System Transition

Dear Bremerton School District Families,

This summer, Bremerton School District will transition from Skyward to Qmlativ (commonly called "Q") which is an updated version of Skyward. This is a required statewide transition, as the current version of Skyward is no longer being supported by the state. While this change is mandatory, we are excited about the improved experience Q will provide for families, students, and staff in the future.

To complete the migration, Skyward will be unavailable from July 28 through August 21. During this time, families will not be able to access student information through Skyward.

Our team is working closely with our partners to complete the most critical parts of the transition as quickly as possible. We are targeting August 24 to have the essential migration work completed and restore family access to the new system.

Here's what you can expect:

• July 28 – August 21: Skyward will be unavailable.

• Mid-August: We will share step-by-step instructions for accessing your Qmlativ family account and student information.

• Target Date – August 24: Family access to Qmlativ is expected to be available for most users.

If you need access to your student's transcript during the transition, transcripts will continue to be available through Parchment. (Link here)

We recognize this temporary interruption may be inconvenient, particularly as families prepare for the start of the school year. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important transition. While system changes of this size require a short period of downtime, they will help ensure we continue providing secure, reliable, and modern services for our students and families.
